We curate all our own audio experiences: including personalised character voices, scripts, sound effects and backing music. This brings our characters to life in a way no other party does and can be personalised to include your child's name!

INTERACTIVE QUEST PLAY

Our activity stations are fun, engaging and immersive. Each station creates a self-guided quest or mission that aligns with the themed and keeps children actively engaged. They mission is explained by a themed character sign and complimentary audio description. Designed to compliment a variety of play styles to keep all children engaged, from creative, to imagination and active play.

WHAT IS AND HOW MUCH IS A BESPOKE PARTY?

A bespoke party involves bringing a brand-new world to life. This includes initial storyboarding, character creation, custom manufacturing, hand-painting, and rigorous risk assessments. This is different to personalising an existing party theme, which is included within the set package price.

The cost of a bespoke party depends on the exclusivity of your chosen new theme. At Warwickshire Party and Events, we tier our pricing based on whether the design can be reused for future clients or if it is a one-off creation unique to your child.

For high-demand themes with a high probability of being rehired prices start from £1,200. Our expert team leads the entire design process. We create a stunning, professional setup that balances your needs with maximum re-usability.

For completely unique, individualised themes with a low probability of being rehired, prices start from £3,000. This is a collaborative journey. You are brought along on the creative journey ensuring every detail is tailored specifically to your vision.
