BUDGET
What people usually spend.
SMALL GARDEN GATHERING
£250 - £400
Small garden setups or patio style spaces. This typically includes a single style of seating, outdoor event furniture and lighting. This is suitable for 12-24 people.
LARGE GARDEN GATHERING
£400-£1400
Outdoor and multi zoned spaces. This typically includes a couple of seating zones, outdoor event furniture, lighting, outdoor decor and more. This is suitable for 40 - 100 guests.
FULL GARDEN TAKEOVER
£1,800 - £3,000+
We'll take over the whole space. Typically includes several styles of seating, outdoor event furniture, lighting, sound, outdoor styling and decor and more. If you're spending +£2,000, I'd recommend a consultation after submitting a hire inventory.
Delivery Radius
Do we deliver to you?
We typically deliver within 25 miles of Rugby, which covers Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Knowle, Dorridge and most of South Warwickshire. Beyond that, delivery quotes will be based on location.
We regularly travel to Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull and Birmingham. Working at a venue we have not been to before is completely normal.
HOW IT WORKS
The practical bits.
Everything arrives ready.
We deliver, build and style on site, then come back and take it all away. Nothing is dropped at the door in boxes, and there is nothing for you or your guests to put together on the day.
Hire runs for 24 hours.
That covers most celebrations comfortably. If you need the pieces for longer we can extend the hire for a surcharge. Tell us when you enquire and we will price it in.
We style it, not just supply it.
Placement is most of the effect. We will make sure the items fit seamlessly in your space.
Talk to us if you would rather not decide alone.
Plenty of people choose everything themselves and never need a conversation. If you are spending over £2,000, or you just want to think it through with someone, a consultation is worth booking.
