BUDGET
What people usually spend.
AT HOME OR VILLAGE HALL
£250 - £400
Small garden setups or smaller village halls. This typically includes a backdrop, welcome sign and table decoration. This is suitable for a smaller party with limited children.
CLASS PARTIES
£400-£1000
Themed elements plus activities. This typically includes a backdrop, welcome sign, children's event furniture, soft play or activity areas and multiple table decorations. This is suitable for up to 30 children.
WHOLE VENUE TAKEOVER
£2,000 - £5,000+
We'll take over the whole space. This typically includes a large themed backdrop, themed elements, welcome sign, table decoration and place settings, children's and adult event furniture, soft play, multiple activity stations and more. If you're spending +£2,000, I'd recommend a consultation after submitting a hire inventory.
Delivery Radius
Do we deliver to you?
We typically deliver within 25 miles of Rugby, which covers Coventry, Leamington Spa, Warwick, Knowle, Dorridge and most of South Warwickshire. Beyond that, delivery quotes will be based on location.
We regularly travel to Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull and Birmingham. Working at a venue we have not been to before is completely normal.
HOW IT WORKS
The practical bits.
Everything arrives ready.
We deliver, build and style on site, then come back and take it all away. Nothing is dropped at the door in boxes, and there is nothing for you or your guests to put together on the day.
Hire runs for 24 hours.
We find children's parties typically last up to 3 hours. Please make sure you have access to the venue before and after your event to allow us to set up and collect the items.
We style it, not just supply it.
Placement is most of the effect. We arrange everything in the room and we will move things around until it looks right.
Talk to us if you would rather not decide alone.
Plenty of people choose everything themselves and never need a conversation. If you are spending over £2,000, or you just want to think it through with someone, a consultation is worth booking.
