Children's Party Decor
Themed backdrops, balloons and soft play, set up for you across Warwickshire.
SCROLL
INSPIRATION
See it in action.
These are children's parties we've styled. Some go all in on a theme, others add colour to match what the birthday child loves. Alongside the decorations we can set up soft play and activity areas, so the room works for the children as well as the photos.

BUDGET
What people usually spend.
AT HOME OR VILLAGE HALL
£250 to £400
Smaller parties in a garden or village hall. Usually a backdrop, a welcome sign and table styling. Suits a smaller group of children.
CLASS PARTIES
£400 to £1,000
A theme plus activities. Usually a backdrop, welcome sign, children's furniture, soft play or activity areas and styling for several tables. Suits up to 30 children.
WHOLE VENUE TAKEOVER
£2,000 to £5,000+
We style the whole space. Usually a large themed backdrop, themed pieces, a welcome sign, table styling and place settings, children's and adult furniture, soft play, several activity stations and more. At this size, we'd suggest a consultation once you've sent your quote request.
DELIVERY
Do we deliver to you?
We're based near Rugby and deliver across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties, including Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Birmingham and Leicester. Delivery is priced by distance, and your quote shows the exact figure.
Each town page shows local delivery prices, and our FAQ lists every town we cover. If yours isn't listed, ask anyway. Setting up at a venue we haven't worked at before is normal for us.
HOW IT WORKS
The practical bits.
Everything arrives ready.
We deliver, set up and style everything at your venue, then come back to collect it. Nothing turns up in boxes, and there's nothing for you or your guests to put together.
Hire periods.
Decor from the hire catalogue is booked for up to 24 hours. Children's party equipment, such as soft play, is booked for up to four hours, which covers most parties. Book your venue for an hour either side for us to set up and pack down. If you need anything for longer or shorter, tell us when you ask for a quote.
We place everything for you.
Where things go makes most of the difference. We arrange each piece in the room and move things around until it looks right.
Talk to us if you'd rather not decide alone.
Plenty of people choose everything themselves and never need a conversation. If you're spending over £2,000, or you'd like to talk it through with someone, we can book you a consultation.
How to book.
Add pieces to a quote request from the hire catalogue. We'll send an exact price by the end of the next working day, and a £250 deposit secures your date.
