These are weddings we've styled. Most couples start with a welcome sign and a backdrop for photos, then add table styling and lighting for the reception. We've set up at Coombe Abbey, Mallory Court, Whatton House and Prestwold Hall, and we're used to working around a venue's access times.

SMALLER WEDDINGS
£400 to £700
A backdrop, a welcome sign and styling for the top table or one area. Suits 20 to 40 guests.
CEREMONY AND RECEPTION
£800 to £1,400
Styling across more than one space, such as the ceremony room and the reception. Usually a backdrop, welcome sign, event furniture, lighting and table styling. Suits 40 to 100 guests.
WHOLE VENUE
£1,800 to £3,000+
We style the whole venue. Usually several backdrops, themed pieces, a welcome sign, table styling, event furniture, lighting and more. If you're spending over £2,000, we'd suggest a consultation once you've sent your quote request.
DELIVERY
Do we deliver to you?
We're based near Rugby and deliver across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties, including Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Birmingham and Leicester. Delivery is priced by distance, and your quote shows the exact figure.
Each town page shows local delivery prices, and our FAQ lists every town we cover. If yours isn't listed, ask anyway. Setting up at a venue we haven't worked at before is normal for us.
HOW IT WORKS
The practical bits.
Everything arrives ready.
We deliver, set up and style everything at your venue, then come back to collect it. Nothing turns up in boxes, and there's nothing for you or your guests to put together.
Hire periods.
Decor from the hire catalogue is booked for up to 24 hours, so we can collect the same evening or the next day. If you need it for longer or shorter, tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll price it in. If your venue needs everything cleared the same night, tell us and we'll plan around it.
We place everything for you.
Where things go makes most of the difference. We arrange each piece in the room and move things around until it looks right.
