These are garden parties we've set up, from afternoon gatherings to evening parties with warm lighting. Long Oktoberfest-style tables and benches seat a crowd, and bunting and flags do most of the decorating. We plan around the space you have, and it's worth keeping a covered area in reserve in case it rains.

SMALL GARDEN GATHERING
£250 to £400
Smaller gardens and patios. Usually one style of seating, outdoor furniture and lighting. Suits 12 to 24 guests.
LARGE GARDEN GATHERING
£400 to £1,400
Bigger gardens with more than one area. Usually a couple of seating areas, outdoor furniture, lighting and outdoor decor. Suits 40 to 100 guests.
FULL GARDEN TAKEOVER
£1,800 to £3,000+
We style the whole garden. Usually several styles of seating, outdoor furniture, lighting, sound, decor and more. If you're spending over £2,000, we'd suggest a consultation once you've sent your quote request.
DELIVERY
Do we deliver to you?
We're based near Rugby and deliver across Warwickshire and the surrounding counties, including Coventry, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Solihull, Birmingham and Leicester. Delivery is priced by distance, and your quote shows the exact figure.
Each town page shows local delivery prices, and our FAQ lists every town we cover. If yours isn't listed, ask anyway. Setting up at a venue we haven't worked at before is normal for us.
HOW IT WORKS
The practical bits.
Everything arrives ready.
We deliver, set up and style everything at your venue, then come back to collect it. Nothing turns up in boxes, and there's nothing for you or your guests to put together.
Hire periods.
Decor from the hire catalogue is booked for up to 24 hours, so we can collect the same evening or the next day. If you need it for longer or shorter, tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll price it in.
We place everything for you.
Where things go makes most of the difference. We set everything out to suit your garden and move things around until it works.
